AutoRuns for Windows version 9.33 released

AutoRuns for Windows version 9.33 from Microsoft Sysinternals, is just released on August 21, 2008. This new version has a number of bug fixes and it adds a command-line options for automatically scanning and exporting scan results.

This nifty utility is very useful to shows us what programs are configured to run during system bootup or login on Microsoft Windows. These programs include ones in Windows startup folder. And also entries of Run, RunOnce, and other Registry keys. Other locations such as browser helper objects (BHO), automatic starting services, Explorer shell extensions and toolbars, Winlogon notifications, and much more can be configured to display by AutoRuns.

If you don’t want an executable entry to active the next time you boot or login you can choose to disable or remove it by simple clicks. And if you want to get more information about an entry, you can have AutoRuns to view a location or entry in Explorer/Regedit. You can also have Autoruns automatically execute an Internet search about an entry by simply selecting Search Online in the menu.

You can grab it here.
